+**Due to organisatoric reasons the satellite workshop right after the annual meeting of the DGK has been canceled.**
-In 2017, we are glad to present a workshop in collaboration with colleagues from the AK Synchrotron that concerns various **crystallographic studies related to hot topics in physics, chemistry biology and material sciences that benefit from combining neutron and synchrotron radiation**. The workshop will take place immediately after and very close to the 25th annual meeting of the DGK in Karlsruhe (ends at Thursday afternoon, March 30th). **The exact location will be mentioned here as soon as possible.**
+**Instead we will offer a satellite workshop around the german conference about research with synchrotron, neutron and ion radiation on large scale facilities (also known as SNI) in September 2018 in Garching.**
